Eric Baissus is CEO and co-founder of Open-Plug. Eric has more than 14 years experience in the wireless industry and has occupied various management positions in the domain of the development and market deployment of software solutions for the cellular market. Prior to founding Open-Plug, Eric spent 7 years at Texas Instruments where he led the development of TI software reference solution for TI 2G and 2.5G platforms. Eric is graduated from the Ecole Polytechnique (Paris – France) and the Ecole Nationale des Telecommunications (Paris – France). |

Loïc Gonnet VP Sales and Marketing |

Loïc has more than 16 years experience in Sales. Loïc has a good experience leading and growing sales for high technology companies and he has a strong expertise of the telecommunication market. Loïc joined Open-Plug from Telisma where he was Vice-President of Sales. Telisma (OnMobile Group) is one of the leading software supplier of voice solutions for carriers and mobile operators. Before that, he was Sales Manager for the EMEA region at Lucent Technologies Software Product Group in charge of the OSS/BSS product line. Loïc spent 4 years at Hewlett-Packard in various business management positions, and especially as Sales Manager for the telecommunication sector. Loïc Gonnet has an engineer diploma from the Ecole Centrale d'Electronique (Paris). |

Philippe Salaün CFO & VP Finance and Administration |

Philippe has more than 20 years experience in finance and administrative positions in the high technology sector. Philippe was most recently VP Finance and Board member of Right Vision, an internet company, which was acquired by Alcatel in 2004, and for which he was subsequently in charge of the merging. He was previously CFO of Alpha MOS, dealing with the IPO of the company and its floatation on Alternext. Before, he spent 10 years up to Senior Manager position in audit and corporate finance at Arthur Andersen and KPMG. Philippe is a graduate from ESSEC (Paris, France), one of France’s leading business schools and from Dauphine University (Paris) in Economics. He is also a fully qualified Expert Comptable (CPA). |

Cristian Livadiotti Chief Technical Officer |

Cristian is a former colleague of Eric Baissus at TI, where Cristian was Manager of the System Software and Application Group. At TI Cristian worked with most of the large handset makers worldwide. Cristian is a graduate of Ecole Polytechnique (Paris, France), with a specialisation in telecommunications (“X-Telecom”). |

Guilhem Ensuque Product Management Director |

Guilhem has more than 10 years experience in the converged IT and mobile industry. Prior to Open-Plug, Guilhem led the development of operator-branded GPRS/WiFi connectivity clients for PC and PDA at Alice Systems and held several consultancy and advanced research positions in the areas Wireless and IP convergence, IP mobility, 3G and Wireless ATM standardization at Northstream and British Telecom Laboratories. He is graduated from the University of London and the Institut National des Sciences Appliquées (Toulouse – France). |

Nicolas Sauvage General Manager, Asia |

Nicolas joined OP in January 2006. He previously worked at TTPCom in business development and management roles, frequently working with Asian accounts and prospects. Nicolas holds an MSc from King’s College London in Telecommunications, a ‘Diplome d’Ingenieur’ from ISEN in France and is an alumni of the London Business School. |
