Eric Baissus - CEO
Eric Baissus is CEO and co-founder of Open-Plug. Eric has more than 15 years experience in the wireless industry and has occupied various management positions in the domain of development and market deployment of software solutions for the cellular market. Prior to founding Open-Plug, Eric spent 7 years at Texas Instruments where he led the development of TI software reference solutions for 2G and 2.5G platforms. Eric occupies several board positions and has a passion for entrepreneurship and the challenge of growing high-tech companies. Eric graduated from the Ecole Polytechnique (Paris – France) and Paris Tech (Paris – France).
 
Nicolas Sauvage - VP Sales
Nicolas has more than 12 years of experiences in Telecommunication, Web and Mobile fields, with a strong focus on business development. For the last 4 years, Nicolas has been running Open-Plug operations and business for the Asia area, working closely with Asian accounts and prospects, with a special focus on Taiwan and Greater China. Prior to joining Open-Plug, Nicolas spent 5 years with TTPCom, responsible for Business Development with major Chinese and Korean OEMs and Design Houses. He previously held various positions in the telecom industry in companies such as British Telecom (UK) and Siemens (Germany). Nicolas is passionate about Asian culture and speaks Mandarin Chinese. He holds an MSc from King’s College London in Telecommunications (UK), is an alumni of the London Business School (UK) and has an Engineering degree from ISEN (France).
 
Philippe Salaün - VP Finance and Administration
Philippe has more than 20 years experience in finance and administrative positions in the high technology sector. Before joining Open-Plug, Philippe was VP Finance and Board member of Right Vision, an Internet company, which was acquired by Alcatel in 2004 and for which he was subsequently in charge of the merger process. He was previously CFO of Alpha MOS, dealing with the IPO of the company and its floatation on Alternext. Before, he spent 10 years in positions up to Senior Manager in audit and corporate finance at Arthur Andersen and KPMG. Philippe is a graduate of ESSEC (Paris, France), one of France’s leading business schools and holds a Maîtrise (BA) in Economics from Dauphine University (Paris). He is also a fully qualified Expert Comptable (CPA).
 
Cristian Livadiotti - Chief Technical Officer
Cristian has been leading various mobile software development projects during the last 10 years. An expert in mobile telecommunications and in embedded software architectures, with a passion for the evolution of technologies in the wireless industry, Cristian is a highly recognized member of the mobile software industry. Before joining Open-Plug, he was Manager of the System Software and Application Group in Texas Instruments where he worked with most of the handset makers in the world. Cristian graduated from the Ecole Polytechnique (Paris, France), and Telecom-ParisTech (Paris, France).
 
Thomas Watt - Director Solutions and Services
Thomas is responsible for the successful execution of all customer projects and support activities in Open-Plug. During his 5 years at the company, Thomas has managed the launch of Open-Plug solutions in several key customer products. Thomas has 15 years experience in the wireless communications industry at leading companies such as Motorola and Philips Semiconductors in various locations worldwide. Thomas has a strong track record of bringing high-volume mobile embedded software projects to production readiness with highly demanding customers. Thomas is fluent in English, French, and Danish and holds an Electrical Engineering degree from the University of Victoria (Canada).
 
Guilhem Ensuque - Director Product Marketing
Guilhem supervises all of Open-Plug’s Product Marketing and Product Management activities. Guilhem has more than 12 years experience in internet and mobile technologies. Prior to joining Open-Plug, Guilhem was Technology Director at Alice Systems where he led the development of operator-branded mobile data connectivity clients for PCs and PDAs. Before that, he held several advanced research positions in the areas of 3G, IP mobility and standardization at Northstream and British Telecom Laboratories. Guilhem is the author of several patents in the area of mobile data and security. He holds an MSc in Telecoms Engineering from the University of London and is a graduate from INSA Toulouse (France).
